My son, if you have put up security for your neighbor, if you have shaken hands in pledge for a stranger, you have been trapped by what you said, ensnared by the words of your mouth. (Proverbs 6:1-2)
These Proverbs verses mean that if we put up metaphoric walls around you you will not be able to get out.
I will try to accomplish this by staying open to all of the possabilities that are placed in front of me.
